Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Every Koibito piece is made to order — hand-printed, cut, and sewn just for you, then quality-checked before it ships. Please allow 5–12 business days for your order to be made and shipped. Once it's on the way, US delivery usually takes 5–8 business days via USPS, with a $5 flat shipping rate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide for a $10 flat rate. International delivery usually takes 5–20 business days depending on your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply, and we aren't able to control delays at customs.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating. If yours stalls or looks off, email us at hello@koibitoclothing.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, as long as your order hasn't entered production. Because everything is made to order, production starts quickly — so we can't guarantee a cancellation after an order is placed. If you need a change, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, so we aren't able to accept returns for a refund. The one exception: if you received the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll make it right with a full refund, store credit, or a replacement. See our Return Policy for the full details.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes — if the fit isn't right, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. A few limits to know: exchanges are limited to one per customer every 90 days and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once your item passes inspection, you can choose a size swap or store credit.

To start, email hello@koibitoclothing.com with the subject line "Exchange - Your Name" and your order number. Tip: our Size Guide has detailed charts for every garment, so you can nail the fit the first time.

I received the wrong item, or my item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry — we'll fix it. Email hello@koibitoclothing.com within 14 days of delivery with the subject line "Return - Your Name", your order number, and photos of the issue. We'll review it and send you return instructions. Verified issues are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or a replacement — whichever you prefer.

Sizing, Fit & Care

How do I find my size?

Start with our Size Guide — it has measurement charts in inches and centimeters for every garment we make, plus how-to-measure diagrams. Fits vary by garment (some run snug, some relaxed), so check the chart and fit notes for each piece. Please go by Koibito's charts rather than your usual size in other brands.

Is Koibito activewear see-through?

No — we've tested our fabric and consider it squat-proof. In a very deep squat, some colors and prints may lighten slightly when stretched, but the material itself is not see-through.

How should I care for my activewear?

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle — skip the bleach and fabric softener — and hang to dry. This keeps your prints vivid and your fabric stretchy for years to come.
